11g R2 Installation on OEL 6 on virtual tool box

Hi Friends,

I am planning to install on my virtual machine... oel 6 and on it 11g r2... but my windows xp is 32 bit.... I searched on the web... but I am not getting any help on step by step installation of OEL 6 and 11gr2 on 32 bit ...

please can anyone give me the well tested link... where it has been explained properly....and one more thing should I have to install yum server...
