11g R2 (11.2.0.1.0) runtime install and Start Menu with both 32 and 64 bit

I've just installed both the 32 bit and 64 bit 11.2.0.1.0 runtimes on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. Upon completing the second install, it appears the startup menu in Windows was "overwritten" with the shortcuts from the second install (the 64 bit install) rather than creating a new Startup menu directory with new 64 bit shortcuts. For example, I can't go into the Start Menu to run Net Manger for both 32 and 64 bit implementations. I can only launch it for 64 bit (probably b/c that is what I installed last).
Has anyone else seen this? Is this behavior by design?
When installing both 32 and 64 bit (for the 11.2.0.1.0 runtime), should they be installed into the same Oracle Base directory or does it matter? I've tried both methods (installing into the same Oracle Base directory and installing into different Oracle Base directories) and the same behavior exists in the Windows Start menu.
