11g Preview 3 Eset NOD32 reports virus

In JDeveloper 11g Preview 3, Eset NOD32 Anti Virus reports the file: "RichImageView.js" as "probably a variant of VBS/Tabe.A worm".

Can anyone confirm if this is a "false positive"?
