11g on Vista Business

I tried to install 11g on Vista Business (on HP Compaq nx 6330, T5600). I installed loopback and set machine IP.

When I run the installer, JVM stopped when checking network (step after checking memory).

Please give some advice if you met and fixed similar problem. Thanks!
