11G Case sensitive password + DB Vs Oracle 10g Reports

Dear Experts,

Currently we migrated our database from 10g R2 to 11g R2. In 11g when are using the case-sensitive password and our password is mix of both lower and upper charecters.

Our Oracle application server version is 10g R2. When we call the report from oracle forms its not opening the page.
In the report queue it shows as Terminated with error: REP-501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
But if we keep our 11g db password as all in upper report is running properly.

Where i have to made changes to have both upper and lower as 11g db and 10g reports.

is it right place to post this thread here or i have to post it under reports.

Please help us.
