11g Best of New Features?

Hello everyone,

I have been given this task: 'Entertain our managers with a presentation of Oracle 11g's new features.' This seems not to be very hard? Please wait with your judgement until you read the assignment's second sentence: 'Your presentation shall not exceed 15 minutes!!!'. Ooops... :(

The one feature I know I will talk about is 'Real Application Testing' because it is easy to illustrate, one does not need to know Oracle well to understand it, and I like the abbreviation RAT ;).

And now my question: Which features would you mention in a 15 minute session? Please keep in mind that the audience is by no means familiar with Oracle databases and each participant has a different background.

Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.
