11.2 creat spfile from pfile

How do I create a spfile from a pfile using ASM? I messed up my spfie and I got the database up using my pfile but I am having no success when I put in the command
create spfile= '+DATA/dwdev/spfiledwdev.ora' = pfile. When I try to stop and start the database using new spfile it says wrong database name? I need help Please.
