11.1.2 webserver IIS fail:Faulting application name: w3wp.exe, version: 7.5

My IIS configured system 11.1.2 environment runs into errors.
All components start fine on their weblogic ports.
But when I open a browser and browse to it on the IIS (80) port the follwoing error message appears in the eventvwr:

After browsing to workspace the app pool stops. and the site is not available anymore.

reconfiguring does not help, reinstall IIS does not help.
Configuring the OHS and it runs great.

Anyone a idea?
