11.1.2.4.340 - Common User Provisioning Issue

Hello all,

This is a new DRM 11.1.2.4.340 installation on Windows 2012 R2. Fully integrated with Shared Services on a separate server with the CSS Bridge installed. Mixed mode for Authorization is enabled. Shared Services configured with AD.

Common User Provisioning is enabled. Test user was created in Shared Services. then manually synced in DRM. Process appears to hang, and gives a message that it was "done with errors".

We tested SS integration by disabling CUP, then creating a user in SS and it can log into DRM, no issues.

Anyone have any ideas where this might be coming from?
