10g SSO with 11g OID

Hello,

I am having trouble getting https://hostname:4443 to come up it just displays Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. I can get to Http://hostname:7777. So I believe SSO is configured correctly just not over SSL.

Steps I have taken:

Created metadata reposity database
Ran RCU to Load OID Schemas
Installed WLS 11g v.10.3.4
Installed OID 11g v.10.3.4
Configured OID
Installed SSO RCU
Configured 10g SSO with 11g OID following How to Install SSO with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g [ID 1069426.1]

Http://hostname:7777 works

I then follow

How To Setup and Configure SSO/OHS for SSL [ID 351341.1]

Which is for 10g, I am wondering since it is a hybrid configuration are there extra steps that I need to do to configure SSL with 11g?
