10g Reports Queue Manager
Hello All,
I'm trying to use the Reports Queue Manager (RQM) to scheduled a report with the output (PDF) being distributed via email.
This is being done with 10g Developer Suite (9.0.4.1), running on a Windows 2000 box.
In testing I always run into one of two problems.
1.) The RQM believes that one of my objects falls outside of its enclosing frame, but Report Builder has no such problem.
2.) When using the supplied TEST.RDF it appears the report will run, however RQM generates the following error message
âError while sending mail - Sending failed; nested exception is:
javax.mail.MessagingException: 553 5.1.8
<SYSTEM@KDASTA04>... Domain of sender address
SYSTEM@KDASTA04 does not existâ
Why would RQM report such a problem, when factually it is not present? What type of configuration changes must I make to test the email functionality?
Iâve searched both OTN and Metalink forums and documentation trying to info on RQM, but havenât found anything yet. Is someone familiar where I might find this self-help documentation?
