10g Report Builder installation problem

I installed 10g database in myhome PC having
40GB hard disk,
256 RAM
PIV processor

10g database installation was successful.
Later I tried to install Oracle Developer Siute 10g
(10g Forms And Reports). It is installed.

I tried to open report builder , after one minute( even if I wont do any thing)it closes without any messages.

Can any one help me ? Is it problem with installation or anything else?

I tried uninstalling and then installing Forms and Reports
thrice. but same problem.....

My reports_path and Reports_temp entries in regedit are correct.
Please help.....
