10G Installation Window XP with local database&Enterprise Manager Console

I’m about to install 10g on my new Window XP machine and after the installation I would like to get the Enterprise Manger Console & the Local Database install in my new computer.

Our company already has the licenses, but I need to request the proper CD to the IT department.

With the others versions (6i, 8i and 9i) were straight forward.
