10g Forms builder debug messages

Does anyone know how to get debug messages to display when you select "Debug Messages" in your 10g Forms Builder preferences? In 10g, you'll just get a message saying "Please acknowledge.", but you don't see the trigger name that is firing. In 6i this works fine.

This sounds similar to the pause; problem where you'd have to substitute message(''); for pause;.
