10g client install -- "Error in accessing system registry"
935867May 8 2012 — edited May 9 2012If I run the Setup.exe, I get the "Error in accessing the system registry. You may not have enough permission to modify the registry..."
If I right click the setup and run it as administrator, I get the
Abnormal program termination. Please provide the following to Oracle.

"Unknown"
I am running windows 7 64 bit.
Can anyone assist me? We are not upgrading to 11 at this time.
