%100 disk busy on NFS mount

Hi All,
I have Solaris 7 and Solaris 8 clients mounted some directories on a NFS server (NetApp filer) and my iostat shows %100 percent disk busy usage for NFS mount points. Therefore, this problem slows down my NFS mounts. Is there a way to consume more resources for NFS implementations so reducing %100 disk busy percentage down ?
