1:1 Relationship

Hello Every Body

I want to create the 1:1 relationship between two table. For example i have two table one is DEPTARTMENT and other is CHAIRMAN

DEPARTMENT


Deptno              Dname                                               Loc
01                    Computer                                           xyz
02                    Chemistry                                          uvw
03                    Bio                                                    klm
04                    Eng                                                   zdf


and CHAIRMAN 

S_ID                 Name
01                   Ali
02                   Amjad
03                   Adil
04                   Usman

i want to one to one relationship between these two table, that onle one department is assign to one Chairman and similarly One Chairman has only one department.\

So please help me in this regards..
