How to Disable Drag and Drop Property for Portlets

Hie,

I have a portal with several portlets. Currently, I can drag and drop the portlets to shift their positions within the portal after I log in. How do I disable this portlet behavior? I.e to say, how do I disable the drag and drop properties for these portlets?
