Restore the database from Cloud Storage

Hi,

I'm working on the DR procedure for a DBaaS database. I'm following this instruction: https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/dbcs_dbaas/CSDBI/GUID-A1017BCF-DE16-4B79-A9F3-14CF47AABB2A.htm#CSDBI-GUID-A1017BCF-DE16-4B79-A9F3-14CF47AABB2A

However, when I try to restore the database (the last step in the procedure), I got following errors in the log:

RMAN-03002: failure of restore command at 06/09/2016 09:53:42

ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece c-665005335-20160609-03

ORA-19913: unable to decrypt backup

ORA-28365: wallet is not open

What should I do to restore the database?
