Error while starting OIM Managed Server after OIA installation

Hi,

I am working with OIM 11gR2 PS2 (11.1.2.2.0) version and now installed OIA 11gR1 (11.1.1.5) and deployed it in the same WebLogic domain where OIM and SOA Managed servers are running by creating one more Managed server OIA and deployed rbacx.war into this server(oia_server1).

I could access the OIA UI using the url: http://host:port/rbacx

Now I want to integrate it with OIM using "Integrating With Oracle Identity Manager, Preferred Method" from Oracle

step1: Copy the Required Files From the OIM Server === is done

step2: Edit the Oracle Identity Analytics Configuration Files === is done

step3: Modify the Oracle Identity Manager Forms Using the Form Designer ====> For doing this, I am trying to start my OIM Managed server and it is taking very long time to come up...but the deployed applicaitons are in Prepared state instead of Active...and due to this OIM UIs are not accessible.

Could somebody help me here.
