non-oracle exception

Guys,
I have a situation where i get a non-oracle exception,

100501: non-ORACLE exception -100501

I just have no clue about this particular error code and i'am not able to find any help in this reagrd, i get it in the code on a form, what could be the reason, i mean how to go about it???
