SPARC T4-1 ping only reply from igb0

Hi All,
I have installed fresh solaris 10 on T4-1 box,
i faced something weird when configuring the ethernet card.
my config address are:
igb0 address :192.168.0.10
igb1 address : 192.168.0.11
igb2 address : 192.168.0.12

when igb0 igb1 and igb2 are UP, the ping only reply from igb0, igb1 and igb2 timeout.
if igb0 down , igb1 reply, igb2 timeout
if igb1 down, then igb2 reply.

How can i make the ping reply together??
