validation, but did not find any row Error

Dear All,

When I commit data I face the following error, Please help to me how to handle this use case as well as point to me useful blog links.

Error

Validator CntrD_Rule_0 needs a row from iterator BookingExpVO_1794
to perform its validation, but did not find any row. Validation fails for row with key oracle.jbo.Key[I-AAA42120303382 ].
