Where to start BDB 11gR2 5.1.19 in Windows XP

Hello all,
A quick question. I have download the above version of BDB and installed on my XP machine. I see the Folder ( installation Directory) but completely lost, 'How to and where to start' as I usually play with MS SQL though with MySQL too but I can't find anywhere how to log into the BDB; to start creating DB etc.etc.

Please forgive if my question is not mature.
