Webmail login error

Hi,

We have "Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.3-0.15 (built Feb 9 2007)"
Sometimes when i try to login to Webmail, i get the message "remote authentication server unavailable".

Http logs shows:

[24/Aug/2009:08:43:36 +0300] server1 httpd[8577]: Account Error: [<IP>:1571] Cannot get namespace for domain xyz.com: Timed out
[24/Aug/2009:08:43:36 +0300] server1 httpd[8577]: Account Notice: [<IP>:1571] domain not found
[24/Aug/2009:08:43:36 +0300] server1 httpd[8577]: Account Notice: badlogin: [<IP>:1571] plaintext testuser : remote authentication server unavailable

Any Idea?
