PAB migration

Hi all,

I need to migrate users from iPlanet Messaging Server 5.2 Patch 2 (built Jul 14 2004)
to Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 7u2-7.02 64bit (built Apr 16 2009). The old
DS version --->5.1 SP2 and new DS version ---> DS 6.3. New system uses
Convergence 1u2 (Version: 1.0-7.01).

Pls let me know about a way of moving the old system address book data to the new
LDAP.
