I have tried downloading the latest Solaris 10 patch cluster and I believe it only installed just a very few patches. I am trying to get all the latest patches installing on my Solaris 10 Sun Blade 100 including all the DST patches. I am seeing differences in what is reported in the showrev and patchadd commands as to what patches are currently on the system as follows:

showrev -p | wc -l ----> shows 5 patches
patchadd -p | wc -l -----> shows 6 patches

I have read on one of the forums to try chmoding 777 the /var/spool/patch directory, but this has not helped. Today I tried installing the patches 119317-01 and 120900-04 and they both core dumped. My /var/sadm/patch directory only contains 119903-02.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
