windows CE tutorial

Hi,
I can't find the windows ce tutorial for oracle 9i lite that is mentioned in the cd help files. I've looked through the forum, and was able to find out that I'm not alone. Apparently the files were left off the CD by mistake. I can't find a working link online referring to these files. Does anybody know a live link where I can download these files from?
