Writing programmes for palm and pocket pc

Hello,

I'm to use J2ME to write GUI programmes for both Palm and Pocket PC handhelds. So far, I've confirmed that I'll be using the CDC-configuration. But I'm not sure what tools I've to download and use.

Therefore can anyone let me know what are tools I need?

Can I use Forte For Java 4.0 and J2SDK 1.4 to write the programmes?
