hi,Value in to text field without refresh

hi,

i have created fee colection HTML form .In this form,There are more then one text field for every fee details.
Fees are Different for NEW/OLD Student and NEW/OLD Science and NEW/OLD Commerce Student .All fees Details Store Into Table Fee_Detail.
Here STREAM are Science And Comerce .Fee are different for NEW/OLD Science/Commerce Student .

i want to fetch value from data base (without refresh) into text field .when i select Student status NEW/OLD (Radio Button) And Stream Science/Commerce (Radio Button) And in last Enter Class 1 To 12 (Text Field ) .

How Can i do this..
