apex.server.process() Didn't work!

I'm trying to call a process using apex.server.process() but I can't
The Calling Function:
image.pngwhen I run the previous code the success section execute and "showPageSuccess" execute but the code in the process didn't execute!.
The Process:
image.pngOracle APEX 20.2 or later.
