Can't load PDF document in Oracle Apex 5.1.2

Dear Oracle Community,

I made my own custom PDF report in FO Designer, I got also the license. I created a PDF output but when I want to load it I can't even view it....

I followed every step described here http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/db/apex/r50/PDF%20Printing/Creating%20PDF%20Reports%20with%20O… and still can't open the PDF file. I just want when you click on a Print button that the PDF file will download and that you can print it. I imported also a Query and a Report layout in Oracle Apex so that is not the problem.

I hope someone can help me with this. I am new in Oracle Apex 5.1.2 so help is appreciated
