List Files from Directory using PL/SQL

We have requirement to fetch list of files from specific directory on Server. Can you please let me know if it can be done through PL/SQL.

Direcotry: /u01/Test

Files: Test20170120.csv, Test20170121.csv, Test20170122.csv.

PL/SQL Object should fetch the oldest date file starting with TEST. In this case 'Test20170120.csv'.
