Oracle Installer Error "...entry point SetHandleContext... KERNAL32.DLL"

Hi everybody,

I received the following message
"The procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.DLL" after the type of database selection screen in the installer

any ideas would be greatly appreciated... I remember I had the same type of error with Oracle 8i installation a while back. where's InstallShield when you need it!!!
