How to know whether OS is 32 bit or 64 bit?

Hello everybody,

I am stuck at this and need your help.

I am to find out whether the OS (right now - windows 2003 server), I am running my application on, is a 32 bit or 64 bit version of windows.

And if anybody could tell me on how to access the system information (a dialog that pops up when "winmsd" is run).
