Smartview Installation Issue In PBCS

hi,

I had downloaded the SmartView from the downloads section of the PBCS.

After installation, under the options menu I had given the service URL. FYI,

After providing the Identity Domain and login credentials, this is what I have been prompting with

Kindly, guide me to connect to the instance. I followed the following URL for setting it up
