I also received a server connection error when attempting to connect to My Oracle Support from two different networks.

And time to time when it is working, it is even worse, I cannot access to my MOS account, there is a mess between my OTN account and my Metalink access ! I'm enforced to change my email on MOS, but cannot set it to my real email address since it is used by my OTN account...

Great.......management is looking for historical information......simple request, and all I get is a search screen with "swirleys" after each field! Tried to look up info this morning and it had the "down" message.

It looks like a total disater today. I've seen all possible errors in the world: flash screen loading up to only 90%, extremely slow when it works, back button not working, "there is a problem with the Call Center back-end and it is currently not available", "Permission denied for downloading patches from My Oracle Support. If you think this is in error, ask your administrator to add this permission. ", "a server error occurred, you cannot continue", etc...
Hard to believe for a company that sells things like high availability and real application testing.

Does anyone know how to get to the HTML version that was supposed to made available? For those who cannot use Flash?
Thank you,

No matter where I go from there, I get the flash version, whether or not I've previously logged out. I don't know if this has something to do with having previously been boned trying the flash login. Oh wait, it sort of works in IE but not in Firefox. Get parts of docs like the one about being able to use an HTML version.
"Recursive error in error-page calling for /secure/error.jspx, see the application log for details."
Must be trying to slipstream fixes. Yikes.

Today's MOS error is "Unable to communicate with server - Server Timeout"
and before you say it's my Internet connection - it isn't

I couldn't even get in yesterday - put in password, got to 96% on loading flash screen while extolling the (imaginary?) virtues of the upgrade and stalled there.
This is why I'm a big believer in If It Ain't Broke Don't Fix It
