... and the alert.log just the last shutdown is on.

oradim -startup -sid TEST -starttype srvc Ok

oradim -startup -sid TEST -starttype inst Ok

got the same problem but on Win2003...
Installing from scratch OS and Oracle10gR2, the Windows Service related to the database instance was starting up automatically without any error.
After a while, when shutting down service, the database was closed perfectly.
Trying to startup again from the Service Console, the service was restarted but the database remained closed.
When checking oradim.log I got some:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
... BUT, everything was resolved when installing patch "p4547817_10202_WINNT" (check MetalLink).

Which is exactly the bug number?, I have seen the document ID 316900.1 but I couldn't recognize which is that bug
